Excellent Service
As usual an excellent service from Dyson. From ordering to buying to delivery.
Oh and the fan is brilliant too (although haven’t tried the heater yet)

Excellent next working day service
Excellent next working day service. However, it would have been helpful for Dyson to have sent a dispatch confirmation email. I had to contact Dyson customer services on the morning of the requested delivery day to find out whether the item was still being delivered. It was claimed that I would receive a notification from the courier, although no notification was received from the courier. Luckily I had been given the tracking details by customer services and the item arrived later in the day during the specified hour slot I had been told. Interestingly, I received a delivery confirmation email from Dyson/courier.

Good priduct but far too expensive
Customer service, delivery, collection process excellent. However the fan was very good but so not worth almost £400. We returned it and bought a fan for £50 that did just as good a job.

Wish I didn’t order from Dyson. I ordered the wrong fan for £350 and wanted to cancel order which when I ordered said it would be delivered the next day, WhatsApp said they would cancel the order so it wouldn’t be delivered and I’d receive a cancellation email within 24hrs, I received no cancellation email so I opened a chat on WhatsApp again, they are now saying they can’t cancel the order because it’s not in stock, so why let people place orders in the first place and give them a delivery day for the next day? I would of been waiting all day? Then the person said to call bank and ask them to release pending funds “knowing full well banks don’t do this” I WANT YOU TO CONTACT MY BANK AND TELL THEM TO RELEASE MY FUNDS! awful company and they tell you something everytime you call, now I’m being told cancellation is in process and it’s been escalated to the manager lol, all I wanted was a refund to get a different Dyson fan but now il take my business elsewhere. Customer service is awful.

Dyson Air Purifier is a Godsend
In this extremely hot weather the Dyson Air Purifier is a godsend and just recently had to order a replacement filter for the unit. Delivery online was quick & easy &arrived very speedily after 2days. Easy to fit and straight back into work. An excellent & extremely beneficial unit

Dyson Fan
My husband is very pleased with the Dyson fan for cooling our third floor bedroom during the recent warm weather. It isn't silent but is much quieter than our old fan.

Save your money and buy a cheep fan
Fast delivery but the fans not worth the money - I thought for £400 it would be better than a cheep fan but really it just wafts around moderately cool air.

Money would have been better spent in an air con unit or should have saved the money and bought a cheep fan.

Damaged Dyson product received and Dyson don't care.
On 18th July 2022 I purchased a Dyson Pure Hot + Cool™ purifier (White/Silver) - Refurbished from the Official Dyson Outlet on eBay. Dyson state in the description of the advert the item is 'Certified - Refurbished: The item is in a pristine, like-new condition' but unfortunately it came damaged.

On the evening of 19th July 2022, the day it was delivered, I called Dyson on their customer care number the evening when the item was delivered but the call handler repeatedly kept saying 'Hello, hello, hello' as though they could not hear me - I suspect that this was because it was 1955 hours and so minutes before the call centre closed and therefore they were attempting to not deal with a late enquiry. I checked my telephone by calling a friend and then having them call me and it was of no surprise that it worked perfectly and confirmed my suspicions that the call handler was probably trying to avoid dealing with the call - shabby treatment.

I then contacted Dyson using Whatsapp with details of the damage and photographs of it and awaited their reply. On the morning of 20th July 2022 I received a message saying they cannot deal as all enquiries have to go through the Dyson eBay team and I needed to email them.

I have emailed them, and they have yet to read or acknowledge my email.

I further messaged Dyson through Messenger and I was advised that items from eBay will come damaged or with cosmetic flaws and that this should be known by the customer. However, nowhere in the advert does it state that the item is damaged or have cosmetic flaws. It actually states it will be like new. Dyson, via Messenger, refused to engage further or try to assist me with getting a response from their eBay Team other than saying 'they are very busy' - not very helpful.

I have suggested that Dyson simply send out a new front filter cover and that this would resolve the issue, photographs sent to them showing the damage, but they don't even acknowledge that as a form of resolution.

Abysmal customer service. It is how a company deals with a problem that people remember and this has been a poor experience.

Come on Dyson step up and communicate!!
